You may remember when you first started your business, workplace safety was a high priority. You were in the process of finding the right insurance for your business, so you took very good care to keep everything as safe as you can. Also, take notice of how your employees conduct themselves at work. Are they working as safely as possible? It might be a good idea to have a team meeting to implement some new safety procedures that you require of your employees. Start up an incentive program to reward your employees for following the guidelines. For example, if your employees go without an accident for a certain amount of time, they can be rewarded with an extra 15 minutes during break time, or something else of your choice.
