The first week in August is National Simplify Your Life Week! Between all the daily tasks, time spent with friends, crazy schedules and growing responsibilities we are always looking for ways to simplify our lives. This is the perfect time to get organized and de-clutter for a more stress-free lifestyle! Here are some of our favorite top tips to help you accomplish that stress-free lifestyle:
At the Office
You can give clients and employees desktop calendars, desk organizer and planners to help them stay organized and on task this week and for the rest of the year. Staying organized helps you find things more efficiently and ensure your important thing don’t get misplaced!
At Home and on the Go
- Get organized – Plan things the night before. Before you go to bed each night we recommend preparing things for the next morning so you don’t forget anything the next day – Set out your cloths the next day and have your work bag packed.
- Download an organizational app on your Smartphone that can help keep you organized when you are on the go
- Keep a “to-do” list nearby so you can prioritize what tasks need to be done each day
- Clean out the clutter – if you don’t use it, lose it!
- Plan meals, cook in bulk – Cooking large meals and freezing them saves you time and money
- Take time for you
- Make your bedroom a getaway! It is important to have a space that calms and relaxes you, breath and enjoy your space.
